What Are Presets?

Presets are saved export configurations that remember:

  • Custom column names you've set

  • They're team-level, so everyone on your team can access them

Creating a Preset

  1. Configure your export exactly how you want it (custom names, enabled fields)

  2. Click "+ Save as Preset"

  3. Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "WordPress Import", "HubSpot Blog", "Backup Format")

  4. Click Save

Using a Preset

  1. Open the Export modal

  2. Click on any saved preset name

  3. All column mappings and field selections load instantly

  4. Click Export to CSV

Managing Presets

  • Load: Click the preset name to apply it

  • Delete: Click the X icon next to the preset name

  • Update: Load a preset, make changes, save as a new preset or overwrite by using the same name
